Honeycomb panels are made by bonding the honeycomb mesh (core) between two layers of paper. This creates a solid, yet very light product, with the same qualities as wood or even steel. In addition to their durability, the honeycomb panels are lightweight, with good thermal and sound insulation.
Only naturally occurring adhesives that do not contain any toxic substances are used in the production, meaning that the products are 100% organic.
The thickness of the panel can vary from 10 mm to 100 mm. The stress and compressive resistance of the honeycomb panels and boards depends on the grammage and cell size of the paper used for the production of the honeycomb core. The strength of the panel does not depend on thickness.
Honeycomb panels are cut into boards of various sizes, which are commonly used for packaging or safe transportation of a variety of products: furniture, windows, doors, breakable and fragile items, household appliances, car parts and other products.
